Basically, one of the most common causes of hair loss in women is by not eating the right kinds of foods. We must remember that hair is a part of our body and so you can keep it healthy, you have to provide it with nourishments it needs.

By eating the right kinds of foods, you will be able to get your blood to supply vitamins and minerals from the foods you eat and deliver it to your hair follicles that could encourage the growth and production of healthy hair. So one way to prevent hair loss in women is what you need to start eating the right kinds of foods.

Most women always go to beauty shops to get their hair dyed or applied to chemicals and machinery in order to get it to look nice. However, the heat on these machines and the abuses that the hair is the beauty in these stores are not what you might call hair friendly. Due to abuse, the hair can become beautiful, but will sustain permanent damage and will eventually lead to hair loss.

Causes of hair loss:

Before assuming you have the common type of hair loss is important to consider other causes of hair loss. While baldness is not usually a result of a single factor that may be related to aging, heredity and testosterone levels. Other possible causes of hair loss include hormonal changes, a serious illness, medications, excessive <a href="http://www.luxuryparlor.com/hacapr.html"target="_top"title="shampoo" >shampooing or blow-drying, emotional or physical stress, nervous habits, burn or parasites such as ringworm.

Main points of hair loss problem:

* Many causes of female hair loss are temporary – check your overall health and be patient.
* Take a look at your family for an idea of your risk of male pattern baldness.
* Do not be taken by the requests wonder products – there is no cure for female pattern hair loss.

To prevent this from happening, you may want to lay off the hair dye and other machines that can damage your hair and abuse.
To the sun is also one of the source and causes of hair loss. Ultraviolet light is present in the sun is damaging to your skin, but also on your hair. It will dry your hair up and cause it to be fragile and may also cause damage to the hair follicles. This means excessive hair loss and hair breakage. So if you like and enjoy walking under the sun, you may want to wear a hat. This will be able to defend and protect your hair from the harmful rays of the sun.

Another factor that may contribute to hair loss is excessive use of shampoos. You have to remember that most of the shampoos available in the market today contain chemicals that can damage your hair. Furthermore, using a wrong shampoo for your hair type can also cause hair loss in women. So as far as possible we have to wash your hair thoroughly after using shampoo to clean your hair and you should also try to use a shampoo that is formulated for the type of hair you have.

Normal hair is identified as shiny, supple and elastic up to the tip. Anybody with such hair should do everything to maintain it. A mild <a href="http://www.luxuryparlor.com/hacapr.html"target="_top"title="shampoo" >shampoo is recommended. However, “conditioner is always a must,” says Mallari. To maintain hair’s shine and smoothness, normal hair still needs special and regular care to ensure that it remains elastic and shiny while it maintains its natural balance.

There are many causes of and dry hair. It may be related to or caused by hormones, weather, the wrong comb or brush, too much blow-drying and curling, wrong shampoo and other chemical treatments. Dry hair can also be associated to our body’s dry skin. Dry hair should be treated with regular use of conditioner and proper treatments.

People with greasy hair can have dandruff problems too. According to the official web site of Schwarzkopf, sebum (oil) is released “through the hair follicle canal that forms a natural protective film on the hair.” Greasy hair is a result of excessive release of oil from the sebaceous glands that the hair shaft cannot absorb anymore. People with such condition are advised to wash the hair whenever necessary and to avoid excess use of hair care products.

Colorants disturb the natural structure of the hair. Intensive hair repair program is required to maintain the elasticity and balance of a color-treated hair. Protect the hair from sunlight to prevent fading of its color.

Damaged hair is brittle, difficult to comb after wash, and has developed split ends. Excessive use of chemical products for the hair, over-exposure of hair to heat or sunlight, and lack of nutrients contribute to hair damage.

Just because a company purports to be green and eco-friendly, it does not necessarily mean their products are free from “bad” ingredients which can potentially be toxic, a columnist for the And My Kitchen Sink blog pointed out.

Consequently, she highlighted Weleda’s natural skin care range as being among her favourite moisturising products which are kind to the skin and free from chemicals.

She had particular praise for Skin Food, which she said is perfect for treating dry feet.

“It sinks in fast, makes your feet baby soft and it has a really soft, refreshing smell,” she added.

Earlier this week, the New Zealand Herald’s life and style correspondent Janetta Mackay said that Weleda’s Birch Body Scrub and Cellulite Oil are both great for clearing up imperfections on the skin.
